Zero in Canada, shows the beauty and fierceness of the
cold and snow.
“The mind loves to make order out of what it
first sees as confusion. The reflection looks illogical,
it is not straight forward and then the intricate patterns
emerge and it becomes compelling and restful.”
The fiery passion of a French bull fight creates a
sense of nausea as the eye tries to grab hold of the
meaning of the picture.
The sumo pictures were taken in Paris, when they came to the western world for the first time. Like oversized ballerinas they have a powerful, yet light dance-like poise and movement.
